Did you know that Milk is not only in Dairy products and used for Baking/ Cooking/ Nutritional Supplements and to bind Pharmaceutical Medicines its even used in Paper/ Buttons/ Pens and also found in Synthetic fibres in some Clothing.

Milk has been used in the creation of buttons since 1910 by seperating the Casein protien from milk. Casein buttons are considered organic, biodegradable and eco-friendly. They are sturdy, hard wearing and washable. Milk Casein is an incredibly versatile product, it can act as a binder, emulsifier, thickener and predominantly as a Protein source.

Planet friendly packaging can also be made from milk, as a sustainable biodegradable packaging option and ultimately replace less environmentally friendly products. There are many companies worldwide perfecting the use of this product and it is already in production worldwide.

Whey is also a by product of making cheese and yoghurt from milk and can be used to make alcohol. Remarkable Cream a company in New Zealand, makes Vodka from the whey. The whey is converted to alcohol by adding yeast and the lactose sugars present in the whey ferment and produce a higher-proof alcohol like Vodka or other spirits with a creamy and slightly sweet flavour.

So we are lucky to be in a position to produce such a nutritional and versatile product that has so many uses for everyone.
